
For many years Mannaz has worked with quality and quality assurance. This has been the case with clients as well as internally in our organisation. Quality is thus a keyword for both employees and the network of suppliers.
In the mid 1990's, we at Mannaz started our ”Quality Journey” when the Excellence model was applied as a management model and tool. This model turned out to be very suitable for the overall management of the organisation that is measured regarding quality, client, supplier and employee satisfaction on an ongoing basis and with a constant focus on development.
Mannaz has always gathered quality numbers. All programmes and their processes - open as well as customised programmes, are evaluated by the participants. These quality numbers are accessible to anyone. The results of the evaluations are used for continued improvement in content and form to ensure future quality.
