Alcatel-Lucent - Developing leaders for the future


The Alcatel-Lucent Corporate High Potential Programme includes a "Cafeteria" with a menu of different seminars, which the participants may elect to attend, depending on their individual development needs and interests.

Mannaz delivers the People Management and the Innovation & Change modules. The modules are tailored to the Alcatel-Lucent competency framework.
