This is a consortium programme with partners from large and medium sized European organisations as well as experienced developers from Mannaz.

Target group
Managers with leadership experience from organisations of similar size but operating in a variety of business logics, e.g. private and public sectors. Diversity of nationality, education, function, industry, location, gender and age is encouraged. Participants will typically hold positions at middle management level. Examples of job titles could be:
