Client Loyalty Index at record high

This year we can celebrate a record high client loyalty
Each year an independent bureau is surveying the level of loyalty among our clients according to American Customer Satisfaction Index. For many years the Client Loyalty Index of DIEU, the Danish Leadership Institute has been among the highest in any given industry measured according to the international standards.

This year we have increased our Client Loyalty Index from 83 to 88 which underscores our aims to provide undisputable level of service and quality to ensure highest value for our clients.

Although our clients’ loyalty is already among the very highest in any industry we will continue doing our utmost to improve our client relationships.
